Rapport and a good fit with your therapist are important. I take a holistic approach and start where you want to start. My work centers with teens and adults. My areas of clinical focus includes traumatic brain injury (TBI), anxiety, COVID related isolation and stress, depression, grief and loss, managing stress and triggers, parenting, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), relationships, sleep and trauma. My 20 years of practice includes 12 years with active duty service members, veterans, and their spouses/partners and families. I have worked with all branches of service at various locations and most recently Walter Reed.
